If you are not able to afford to pay your bill, please contact our Pathology Billing Department at 888-581-1201 for more information on our Financial Hardship program and application.
In addition to financial hardship: We have several options to assist patients with their bills and very flexible payment plans.
First, contact your insurance company to confirm that your claim(s) were processed correctly. If you find that your insurance claim(s) were processed correctly, please contact our Pathology Billing Department at 888-581-1201 to discuss your payment options.
